PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MERCHANDISE IS NONREFUNDABLE AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED UNLESS WE SHIP THE WRONG MERCHANDISE TO YOU OR THE MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED.
If you have received incorrectly shipped merchandise or the merchandise is damaged, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise and shipment and handling charges for the refund item(s). To be eligible for a refund, within 30 days of the date listed on your package slip, you must notify Customer Service by filling out and submitting a return ticket at our online Return Center at BookShop.epals.com/returns and return the merchandise using the supplied return labels. Refunds made for items returned to ePaLs, Inc will be provided in the form of the original payment method.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive and process your return and, if applicable, for your Credit Card Company to process the refund request. You will receive an email notifying you when your refund has been processed.
